Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your Online orders may be returned or exchanged to Pezzi International within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of the Return Authorization Form. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used. Pezzi.com can only accept returns or exchanges that were purchased on Pezzi.com.

Return: Contact us at 305.805.7011 to request a Return Authorization Number or email your request. Upon approval, a Return Authorization number will be issued and faxed, e-mailed or mailed to you. Once we have received merchandise being returned, allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange: Pezzi will ship the item you want to receive in exchange for merchandise returned to the same Ship-To address of the original invoice. Pezzi will pay standard ups shipping charges. If the item you requested is not available we will issue a credit for the merchandise received.

Mailing address: Please send returns to Pezzi International Corp., 10250 N.W. 89 Ave. Bay #2, Miami, Fl. 33178. Simply enclose the return authorization form and a copy of the invoice inside your package, and note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box, so it can be processed correctly.
