If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your Online orders may be exchanged for other products at www.pezzi.com within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of the Return Authorization Form. Pezzi.com can only accept returns for exchanges that were purchased on Pezzi.com.
Return: Contact us at pezzisales@aol.com to request a Return Authorization Number or email your request. Upon approval, a Return Authorization number will be issued and faxed, e-mailed or mailed to you. Once we have received merchandise being returned, you may select from our product line. Your open credit will be applied to your account.
Exchange: Pezzi will ship the item you want to receive in exchange for merchandise returned to the same Ship-To address of the original invoice. Pezzi will pay standard ups or usps shipping charges. If the item you requested is not available we will issue a credit for the merchandise received.
