Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of the Return Authorization Form. Pezzi.com can only accept returns for exchanges that were purchased at Pezzi.com.
Return: Contact us at 305-970-9364 Monday-Friday 10am- 7pm eastern time, or email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number or email your request. Upon approval, a Return Authorization number will be issued, and e-mailed to you or verbally given by phone. Once we have received merchandise being returned, you may select from our products for an exchange.
Exchange: Pezzi will ship the item you want to receive in exchange for merchandise returned to the same Ship-To address of the original invoice. Pezzi will pay standard USPS shipping charges. If the item you requested is not available, you can request for an EXCHANGE for the merchandise received.
Mailing address: Please send returns to: PEZZI SPORT – 3000 Bird Avenue Suite 8 Miami, FL 33133. Simply enclose the return authorization form and a copy of the invoice inside your package, and note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box, so it can be processed correctly.
